The final Windel race day was held on Oct 15th this year.  Busy schedules from most regular attendees and organizers meant that we had fewer Windel events this year than last, which was too bad.  The weather was sunny, but a little cool with a fairly strong west/north west wind to contend with, especially on the back stretch.  As a result of the wind and cooler temperatures, pretty much all the riders had a hard time getting up to temperature and running their best times and the track records were in no danger at all  :)  The turn-out was still pretty good for a final event so late in the year and we got to see some new bents and a couple new racers.  The results can be seen on the Racing page.

More event results and pictures are at the HPTA's website as well.
